MATS SYSTEMS is registered in South Australia (July 1999) at Shop 1, 130 Sherriffs Rd, Morphett Vale and run by myself, Mark and son Shane.
I previously worked full time in the Television Industry for 23 years while running the business part time during the last 7 years of that period. I was a student of Electronic Engineering in the past and have studied and graduated with Information Technology Certification from Adelaide TAFE. I am a Registered Cabler (see here for Cabling info) holding an Open License with Structured Cable Endorsement (Lic. No. T06077) with TITAB.
Shane is currently studying at Multimedia & Website Design at TAFE fulltime and working with me part time.
I ventured into IT after having some really bad dealings with a very well know business in Adelaide. I knew I could do a lot better and offer customers service that should be expected and at a decent price. Many retail computer firms will sell you a system that may not meet your requirements and/or does not allow for future upgrades, that is why I converse with the customer to find a computer that will suit their needs, and not just a quick sale from some salesperson who's probably never even looked inside the case of a computer.
We do our utmost to advise customers but don't claim to know everything or even have intimate knowledge of each and every product available, however we give honest advice and follow-up. We strive to be and do the best at all times and welcome your feedback.
